Peter F. Weiss is a third-generation attorney in a Passaic County law firm founded ninety years ago by his grandfather. He has practiced law in New Jersey since 1990 and has worked in the family firm since 1993. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and real estate, and he also serves as the Presiding Judge of the Wayne Municipal Court.
Mary Tom joined the firm in January 2018 and has practiced law in New Jersey and New York since 1989. Her work includes estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, Medicaid matters, estate, guardianship, and trust administration, as well as probate litigation.

Michael J. Sweeney joined the firm in February 2024, having practiced law in New Jersey and New York since 1980. His practice areas focus on chancery and commercial litigation, corporate and banking law, as well as commercial and residential transactions and financing.
